Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract you concluded with us for the use of a paid MatchAnalyzr subscription within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction to make this reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you requested that the use of the subscription should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided until the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

For a contract for the provision of services, your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and only began performing it after you gave your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right of withdrawal once we had fully performed the contract. We actively obtain this consent and confirmation of knowledge from you as part of the checkout process when you take out a paid subscription.
